Situation: Traditionally, the dining cruise industry targeted a more senior clientele. To enhance revenue and capture a younger demographic, priority was given to customer acquisition. This initiative aimed to design a new product that not only appealed to a younger audience but also filled a significant white space that competitors had yet to address.

Action: Sandy drove a team of creatives and product marketers to design a FOMO worthy cruise product and visual identity. Bubbles, Beats and Brunch was targeted to the interests of the millennial market. High-energy images and energetic copy delivered on the brand promise. Omni-channel creative appealed to a wider and more youthful market while maintaining a connection to the base clientele.

Result: Due to demand, new cruises were added to the schedule in the test market and the product replicated nationally across all 5 US ports.
