Situation: Party City possessed an abundance of content, primarily on the brand blog. However, lacking an editorial roadmap, defined process, distribution strategy, tools for scalable content development, and hindered by a resource-strapped in-house team, the content grew stale and outdated.

Action: Sandy led the development and execution of an impactful content marketing strategy, enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and conversion on all platforms. Directed a dynamic content team, including influencers, overseeing recruitment, training, and mentoring to scale content production.

Results: While not directly attributed to social media it aided in a 36% increase in digital sales in North America in a 6 month period of time.
