As Hornblower expanded its offerings to meet a variety of clientele, it was critical that their online presence met those needs. A website overhaul and addition of a mobile app were mission critical to brand alignment and scalability. With an existing cart abandonment rate of 90%, we re-evaluated our user flows and created a seamless shopping experience for our direct customer, while also offering an ecommerce program for gift cards. Following the launch, we saw a 30% increase in online sales and a decrease in cart abandonment from 90% to 63%.
Our mobile app was a successful companion to our re-launch. It allowed customers to easily purchase tickets, manage reservations, and eliminated the need for paper tickets.
Customized Landing Pages
A series of B2B landing pages were created to capture top of funnel leads for multiple audiences. With 60% of our business coming from B2B these pages were a valuable addition to the aquisition strategy.
